Tara Kerr
Immigrating from Ireland as a child, Tara grew up in Santa Monica where she began her career at the Kenneth George Salon. After years training, perfecting her craft, and building her clientele, Tara fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a Salon owner when she co-founded Trilogy Hair Studio in 2004.
Inspired by LA's ever changing style, Tara believes that education is key in staying current. She has continued to be inspired through continuing education focusing on color courses through Aveda, Redken, and Loreal Professional as well as Creative Cutting Classes at London's Sasson Academy.
Tara's passion is creating a custom salon experience tailored to each person by giving each guest who sits in her chair the perfect color and cut, so that each client feels seen and heard. This passion is what has made Tara one of LA's most sought after stylists.

Kaylie Gipson
Kaylie joined the Trilogy Team after relocating to Los Angeles from Texas in 2012. Her passion is helping others feel good about themselves by creating color and cuts tailored to each clients unique style, texture, and lifestyle. Kaylie loves makeovers and is always up for creating new looks.
Specializing in multi-technique coloring- baylage, ombré, sombré, highlights, direct dyes, babylights, & hair painting- Kaylie is able to give her clients seamless ribbons of color and gorgeous dimension, whether you're platinum blonde, strawberry blonde, redhead, or brunette.
Kaylie believes the foundation for any great color is an equally great haircut! From pixie to razor cut or curly to long layers - Kaylie's attention to detail, expert technique, and natural skill have allowed her to excel in her field and create a loyal following of happy customers.

Amy hateley
Starting her career in Los Angeles , Amy's hair color and styling is inspired by Art, music and Hollywood glamour. She is an American Board Certified Colorist which is an elite, prestigious team of colorists in the USA.
Amy studied advanced color techniques through Redken, Pulp Riot, Pravana, and Loreal. With 20+ years in the Beauty industry , Amy isn't afraid to have some fun ranging from subtle, sun kissed highlights to bright, intense neon fashion colors. Her passion is corrective hair coloring but with finesse and care.
Her dedicated clientele always have a great time and leave looking fabulous . Amy is a colorist, stylist, and fashion color guru!
Megan Hurst
This Burbank native joined the Trilogy team in 2016.
Megan finished Trilogy's Assistant Program in 2018 and is currently building her clientele as a junior stylist.
Megan pays close attention to the details to ensure her clients always leave happy and feeling beautiful. She plans to expand her knowledge and skills with continued education while keeping up with current trends and styles.
Amanda Veitch
Amanda joined our team early 2017. She has been in the Salon industry since 2011. She specializes in color, specifically Balayage and Highlighting, as well as cutting and styling.
Amanda strongly believes that communication is the key to having a great salon experience. She has the ability to find the delicate balance between fulfilling each client's individual styling desires and maintaining an open forum for self-expression. Her attention to detail helps her achieve a beautiful finish.
Jenna Powers
Jenna joined our Trilogy Team in early 2021, eager to expand her knowledge of hair. Born and raised in LA, she has always been inspired by alternative edgy styles and fashion.
