Immigrating from Ireland as a child, Tara grew up in Santa Monica where she began her career at the Kenneth George Salon. After years training, perfecting her craft, and building her clientele, Tara fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a Salon owner when she co-founded Trilogy Hair Studio in 2004.

Inspired by LA's ever changing style, Tara believes that education is key in staying current. She has continued to be inspired through continuing education focusing on color courses through Aveda, Redken, and Loreal Professional as well as Creative Cutting Classes at London's Sasson Academy.​
For Tara, hair isn't just a job—it's her passion. She lives for the moment when a client's face lights up as they catch a glimpse of their stunning new look in the mirror. Whether it's a daring new color or a precision cut that accentuates their best features, Tara's mission is simple: to make every person who sits in her chair feel like a seen and heard.

Kaylie Gipson
Kaylie joined the Trilogy Team after relocating to Los Angeles from Texas in 2012. Her passion is helping others feel good about themselves by creating color and cuts tailored to each clients unique style, texture, and lifestyle. Kaylie loves makeovers and is always up for creating new looks.
Specializing in multi-technique coloring- baylage, ombré, sombré, highlights, direct dyes, babylights, & hair painting- Kaylie is able to give her clients seamless ribbons of color and gorgeous dimension, whether you're platinum blonde, strawberry blonde, redhead, or brunette.
Kaylie believes the foundation for any great color is an equally great haircut! From pixie to razor cut or curly to long layers - Kaylie's attention to detail, expert technique, and natural skill have allowed her to excel in her field and create a loyal following of happy customers.

Starting her career in Los Angeles , Amy's hair color and styling is inspired by Art, music and Hollywood glamour. She is an American Board Certified Colorist which is an elite, prestigious team of colorists in the USA.

A native of Burbank, Megan became a pivotal member of the Trilogy squad back in 2016. Graduating from Trilogy's Associate program in 2018, Megan has been wowing clients ever since.
